TASTING NOTES: ON THE NOSE

Golden yellow with a very fine perlage. It gives an elegant aromatic complexity, with hints of ripe fruit and spices. Notes of peach and nuances of cooked apple are perceived. Toasted notes of briochè bread and bread crust.

TASTING NOTES: ON THE PALATE

The aromas perceived on the nose are recognized on the palate and manages to combine structure, persistence and liveliness in a balanced way. It is velvety with further notes of pear, brioche and spices, fresh walnut.

VINIFICATION AND AGING

Pinot Noir 60%, Chardonnay 25%, Pinot Meunier 15%.

Bollinger's Champagne Brut "Special Cuvée" is the result of the skilful and delicate blend of a small portion of vintage wine and a majority of reserve wines.

All the Champagnes labeled Bollinger mature from three to eight years, much longer than required by the regulations, guaranteeing the perfect development of aromas and always expressing the maximum possible balance.
