TASTING NOTES: ON THE NOSE

Straw yellow with greenish reflections, beautiful persistence of the foam that predicts a fine perlage in the mouth. The scent is broad and includes nuances of sweet, slightly ripe fruit with subtle hints of vegetables, vanilla and pastry. In the final hints of white flowers, balsamic notes and strong minerality.

TASTING NOTES: ON THE PALATE

In the mouth it is savory and fresh, perlage that confirms the great sparkling wine, continuous and delicate. Constant returns of the notes perceived on the nose. The finish is long, elegant and harmonious.

VINIFICATION AND AGING

Aging for at least 40 months on the lees

Blending of about 60 selections of harvest and reserve wines. Fermentation in small white oak barrels over 35 years of age.
