Cuvèe with 55% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. Straw yellow color, crystalline with brilliant reflections. The scent is delicate, with subtle hints of anise, a noble and chalky earthy note alternating with white fruit and brioche bread. On the palate it is silky and velvety, with a good structure and fine and elegant perlage; intense fruity, spicy aroma with distinctly resinous notes.
